Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Forecasting and Budgeting
∎ Segmenting, Targeting and Position the Brand and services of the company
∎ Responsible for achievement of sales Budget within defined timeline.
∎ To lead, drive, develop & manage the sales team of entire country.
∎ Maintaining and Expanding the distribution network by identifying suitable partners.
∎ Interactions with the new & existing Clients to meet business objectives all across the region.
∎ Responsible for Receivable Management in order to ensure timely collections.
∎ Identifying & analyzing new Market, Product Segments & new channels.
∎ To effectively penetrate the market in line with the business expansion plan & formulating strategies.
∎ Development of Market through proper planning and implementation of sales promotion schemes.
∎ Analyzing shortfall and planning strategy to overcome it
∎ Competition Analysis
∎ Planning activities and marketing Strategy to increase Brand awareness and Recall level
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years' experience marketing from Pharma / Pathology/Health care sector
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
∎ Confident, self-driven, problem solving and excellent technical skills
∎ Should be strived for excellence, dependable and trustworthy.
