Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer Sales, retail Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare territory wise Sales & Marketing plan.
∎ Achieve the sales target by variety, by volume and by Dealer.
∎ Ensure timely delivery.
∎ New Dealer selection, field visit & providing technical support to the Customers.
∎ Collection of credit in time & maintain all credit related documents.
∎ Effective Coordination with Dealers & Customers.
∎ Organize tractor/tools/machineries fair and other promotional events.
∎ Development in sales admin activities through promotional programs.
∎ Prepare various reports as per requirement by management.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic sales & recovery report to immediate supervisor.
∎ Keep all kinds of records for Sales & Marketing works for the assigned territory.
∎ Submit travel plan, expense & industry report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Make routine visit to the all potential field to ensure availability of our products.
∎ Should have technical knowledge on tractor and agricultural equipment/tools (hand tools & power tools) /hardware/machineries industries.
∎ Ensure proper product detailing to the customers and dealers.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Salary: Negotiable
