Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in Agriculture.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have basic knowledge of seed especially vegetable seed market.
∎ Achieve sales target by maintaining very good relationship with dealer and retailer.
∎ Market survey, collect information and reporting to immediate superior/ Management.
∎ To visit dealer and market on regular basis as per plan.
∎ Credit control and monitoring regularly.
∎ Visit Crop field regularly and provide technical support to the farmers.
∎ Organize farmers meeting for new variety development and create market demand.
∎ Prepare sales report and customer data base.
∎ Check and ensure product availability at dealer point.
∎ Prepare effective sales budget and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target given by the Management
∎ Proactive attitude to work in a team environment.
∎ Excellent convincing skill and handling customer's problem.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 year's practical experience in Hybrid vegetable seed sales & marketing is preferred.
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
