Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Automobile/ Power/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing market for world class Forland Brand four wheeler in Bangladesh, positioning and sales thereof with Agri-Machinery and Equipments.
∎ Increasing sales within the defined territory.
∎ Draw proactive Marketing plan an achieving monthly sales target.
∎ Make realistic collection mechanization and achieving monthly collection target.
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the authority from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 04 years practical experience in Sales and Collection in Agri- Machinery & Equipments / Capital Machinery/ FMCG in respective position.
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate should have valid driving Motor Cycle License.
∎ Should have good team working abilities.
∎ Should have strong communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently, self motivated and work to tight deadlines.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
∎ Should have a direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.
∎ Should have positive attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
