∎ Bachelor or Masters in Agriculture/Seed Science/ Horticulture/Agronomy/Plant Pathology from reputed Agricultural University
∎ Skills Required: seed marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agro based firms (Seed Marketing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good knowledge of seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides for the crops (Potato, Rice etc).
∎ Build networks with dealers/retailers/farmers for sales and distribution of potato seeds.
∎ Overseeing the harvesting of the crops during the harvesting season.
∎ Monitoring & Packaging requirement of the seeds for sale.
∎ Making an inventory of the seeds and accounting for their sales.
∎ Cooperate with the project manager for record keeping.
∎ Cooperate with the project manager to oversee the daily harvesting and farming activities.
∎ Knowing the market conditions and staying up to date on it.
∎ Innovating new product opportunities.
∎ Promote the business and increase the sales of the seeds or any other agricultural product made by the farm.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Extensive Field Visit
∎ Planning and Time Management.
∎ Critical Thinking and Analysis.
∎ Technology Proficient.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
