Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines of the franchisee restaurant.
∎ Manage and maintain the restaurant's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).·
∎ Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms including social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), email newsletters, blogs, and other online channels.·
∎ Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and social media analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.·
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the restaurant remains competitive in the digital landscape.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, culinary, etc.) and external agencies to coordinate digital marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
∎ Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors, platforms, and partners to maximize resources and achieve marketing objectives within budget.·
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews on digital platforms to maintain a positive online reputation for the restaurant.·
∎ Assist in developing and executing promotions, events, and campaigns to drive foot traffic to restaurant locations and increase sales.
∎ Collaborate with other stakeholders for corporate deals and opportunity to increase customer count in the restaurant.
