Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the assigned territory to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets set by management, ensuring sustainable business growth.
Gather and analyze market intelligence, including customer preferences, competitor activities and industry trends, to stay ahead of market dynamics.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing prompt resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Build and maintain a strong network of key stakeholders, including veterinarians, Treaders and End users segment seeking new opportunities to create new customers or market
Create, update and maintain a comprehensive customer database, documenting contact details, Business interactions and transaction history for effective customer relationship management
