∎ MBA in Marketing or related field

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand, Design, Tinting system, Customer Care, Outdoor branding, Product Development
∎ Need to develop Yearly Promotional Budget with the strategic plan and execute as per agreed terms.
∎ Need to monitor Trade & Brand Promotions, Market Development and Regional below the line (BTL) Plan.
∎ Led development of the Trade Marketing Strategy.
∎ Dealer and corporate Business Policy formulation and execution.
∎ Develop marketing programs targeted to Dealer, wholesalers.
∎ Develop Product & Packaging.
∎ New product develops and launch, assuring focus direction of the Field force.
∎ Closely monitor and analyze sales volume, market share, Landed Price and competitor activities.
∎ Need to manage channel members for developing proper distribution network.
∎ Need to motivate & monitor team players and channel members to achieve business goal.
∎ Reference Group activation plan and execution.
∎ Need to develop sales monitoring device for managing policy effectively.
∎ Sales and collection tracking module development etc.
∎ Retail- Visual Merchandising, shop sign board & outdoor branding.
∎ Ensure right market visibility through regular merchandising.
∎ Need to Participate in point of purchase (POP) / point of sales (POS) in order to supervise all promotional activities.
∎ Need to execute market intelligence initiatives.
∎ Need to involve for approval from Govt. Explosives Dept.
∎ Key role player for developing SOP for Marketing and Sales Team.
∎ Need to provide Initial training and workshops for developing skills for Retail Sales and corporate sales.
∎ Need to Collect and analyze the business statistical data as per requirements.
∎ Need to ensure Service- Foresight, Color consultancy and site supervision, Ronger Mela.
∎ Built good relationship among Dealer & working partner.
∎ Research creative department/agencies for branding.
∎ Need to handle customer's inquiries and complaints.
∎ Need to ensure after sales service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have sound knowledge in customer behavior and trade activities with through idea on brand positioning.
∎ Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
∎ Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress.
∎ Team leader, influential and innovative
∎ Minimum 8-10 years experience as Marketing Manager in paints industry or company / Reputed FMCG organizations.
∎ Experience with new media and internet advertising.
Salary: Negotiable
