• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• University of Dhaka students will get preference

• Age 23 to 35 years

• Arrange and conduct project site visits with prospective and existing clients.
• Handle plot booking procedures, documentation coordination, and booking confirmations.
• Maintain regular customer follow-up through calls, messages, and in-person meetings to ensure conversion and retention.
• Set, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly visit and sales targets.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
• Track client inquiries, visit status, and booking updates using proper reporting or CRM systems.
• Ensure timely response to all customer queries and provide accurate project information.
• Support marketing campaigns by providing field feedback and client insights.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and update management on progress and challenges.
