Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Marketing Manager at Positive Biotech Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable financial growth through sales and building strong relationships with Corporate and other clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
∎ • Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and effectively communicating relevant information to key stakeholders.
∎ • Developing and executing comprehensive business plans that align with company objectives.
∎ • Establishing and nurturing relationships with businesses and community groups to promote Positive Biotech and its products.
∎ • Identifying and marketing new services and opportunities for the company's growth.
∎ • Creating and managing client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation.
∎ • Collaborating with top-level management to analyze media exposure and devise effective marketing strategies.
∎ • Developing, drafting, and distributing media releases and advertisements that align with the company's marketing strategy and policy guidelines.
∎ • Planning and executing various events, including public awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns, staff annual functions, and social responsibility projects, in coordination with the Marketing Department and the company's leadership.
∎ • Ensuring budgets are prepared and managed in line with company standards, analyzing cost reports, and reporting variances on a monthly basis.
∎ • Collaborating with top management to secure corporate agreements with various companies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
