Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ BBA/ MBA (in Marketing) from any reputed Private/ Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Crafting strategies for all marketing jobs, including digital, advertising, communications & creative.
∎ To set, guide, monitor & report on team goals.
∎ Conduct market survey program & making marketing strategy, competitor analysis etc. for market development.
∎ Prepare & manage Digital Marketing Budget.
∎ Design Digital Marketing contents (Promotional & Contextual), Communications Materials within strategic time frame.
∎ Preparing promotional plan & perform successfully.
∎ Preparing the agreement of sales between the client and the company.
∎ To participate in different kinds of fair and market promotional activities.
∎ To formulate Marketing Strategy.
∎ Conduct Market research & develop Marketing plan.
∎ To develop new customers with marketing efforts across multiple segments in Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience in Marketing in any reputed company in Bangladesh
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience at the same position or Asst. Marking Manager Position.
∎ Strong communication skills in speaking, reading & writing in English & Bangla.
∎ Proficient in MS office, excel, power point, mail communication, browsing Internet online base ERP etc.
∎ Ability to identify market segments, niches, and potential markets.
∎ He should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
∎ Ability to plan and formulate strategies
∎ Ability to implement strategies by using or adapting tactics
∎ Ability to work independently, self-motivated and work to tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to adjust to and work with teams
∎ Ability to drive and inspire
∎ Confidence & creative
∎ Should be energetic & smart.
∎ Can do attitude.
∎ Quick decision-making abilities
∎ Team Building & Leadership
∎ Positive Attitude
∎ Flexibility
∎ Having knowledge in Power Tools.
