Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to increase patient acquisition.
∎ Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.
∎ Designing and implementing patient outreach programs to engage with the community and promote hospital services.
∎ Working closely with other departments, such as healthcare providers, administration, and finance, to align marketing efforts with the hospital’s goals.
∎ Coordinating with external agencies and vendors for marketing projects and campaigns.
∎ Preparing and presenting reports on marketing activities and return on investment (ROI) to hospital leadership.
∎ Implementing initiatives to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
∎ Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Overseeing the procurement of marketing materials and services.
∎ Ensuring all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
∎ Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
∎ Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Coordinate the hospital's social media platforms and enhance engagement.
∎ Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders, including corporates, customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations.
∎ Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships.
∎ Organize, coordinate, and attend PR and marketing events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, medical camps, promotional campaigns, open days, tours and visits, CSR and team building activities.
∎ Write and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the department to the management.
∎ Perform any other duty assigned by the hospital management.
