The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sale and marketing of footwear related Finished Goods, Accessories and Machineries.
5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management or customer acquisition in footwear sector.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in digital spaces (social media, email, paid search, SEO, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
A creative mindset with a knack for developing compelling content and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic marketing manager with knowledge of footwear accessories and machinery to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and driving brand growth. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns’ effectiveness, optimizing for performance and ROI.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to align visuals and messaging.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audiences.
Lead digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum impact with the resources available.
Supervise and mentor a growing team of marketing professionals, providing guidance on career development and skills enhancement.
