Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Brand communication strategy, Brand Marketing, Business Development, Digital Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Market Research, Product research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
∎ Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
∎ Establish and maintain brand budgets
∎ Define product strategies and road maps
∎ Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
∎ Develop sales tools and collateral's
∎ Develop effective product positioning in the market
∎ Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
∎ Develop mid-term plan and financial analyses
∎ Mentor and provide guidance to the Digital Marketing and CRM in charge
∎ Launch and oversee advertising and media planning
∎ Undertake package development strategies.
∎ Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
∎ Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
∎ Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
∎ Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide alternatives and/or make adjustments where necessary to achieve / maintain a high return of investment (ROI).
