• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• IBA, Dhaka University,BRAC University,University of Dhaka students will get preference

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Educational qualification will be considered if have any experience of recruitment related field.

• Strong communication skills in English & Bangla

• Strong knowledge of: Corporate Branding, Client Relationship Management Campaign Strategy & Market PlanningShould be capable of supervising digital activities (execution done by Digital Marketing Executive)

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for overseas employment operations

• Lead branding, corporate communication, and promotional planning

• Supervise overall digital presence (social media direction, campaign planning)

• Promote overseas job categories, training programs, and company services

• Strengthen relations with recruiting agencies, embassies, clients & stakeholders

• Conduct market trend analysis and competitor tracking

• Coordinate with internal departments (training, documentation, recruitment)

• Organize seminars, events, presentations, and promotional activities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly marketing performance reports

• Ensure strong brand visibility locally and internationally

• Attract new agents

• monitoring marketing team, forecast monthly target and ensure overseas client demand.
