সর্বপ্রথম 15 দিন ট্রেনিং চলবে ট্রেনিং পরবর্তীতে নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে,ট্রেনিং চলাকালীন অফিস থেকে দুপুরে খাবার পাবে আর যদি কোন ক্লায়েন্ট
নিয়ে আসতে পারে কমিশন পাবে,অফিস থেকে মোবাইল এবং সিম দেওয়া হবে সে অনুযায়ী কাস্টমারের সাথে কথা বলতে হবে
