Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Digital Marketing with expertise in conducting engaging live sessions on social media platforms.
∎ As a Social Media Live Specialist, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our project , engaging with the audience, and promoting our brand effectively.
∎ Must have knowledge about Digital media LIVE. Must have knowledge about maintaining a Facebook Group. Must be needed to maintain Organizational Policy and Behavior.
∎ Collect Customer Review Handle complaints.
∎ Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Resolve customer complaints via phone, message like Facebook Page messenger.
∎ Target client visit.
∎ Proficiency in marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and traditional marketing methods etc.
∎ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.
