Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors. This might involve surveys, focus groups, competitor analysis, and social media listening.
∎ Track competitor activity, including their marketing campaigns, product offerings, and pricing strategies.
∎ Gather and manage data from various sources, such as internal marketing databases, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, social media analytics tools, and market research reports.
∎ Create reports and presentations to communicate market intelligence findings to stakeholders, including marketing teams, executives, and sales teams.
∎ Participating in the development and implementation of marketing automation tools.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.
