Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proven experience in marketing, particularly in import-related fields.
∎ Strong technical knowledge and ability to persuade and convert clients.
∎ Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
∎ Identify and engage with potential customers, adding new clients to our portfolio, and visiting their offices/factories periodically.
∎ Utilize technical knowledge to effectively convince and convert clients.
∎ Ensure repeat orders from a select group of customers and meet individual sales volume, value, and collection targets.
∎ Collect and analyze market and competitor information to support business development.
∎ Conduct market surveys to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
∎ Prepare and maintain a list of target customers, dealers, distributors, and users within the assigned geographic area.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting strategies to increase market share.
∎ Understand customer demands and respond proactively to meet those needs.
∎ Prepare and maintain proper documentation for market analysis reports and submit them to superiors.
∎ Develop proposals for logistical arrangements and coordinate with the Administration, following approval from the Marketing Team Leader – Sales.
∎ Achieving the sales target is mandatory. The position is commission-based, offering a substantial commission upon meeting sales targets.
