Educational Requirements:
∎ Running Bachelor degree in BBA.
∎ BBA in Marketing is preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Practical experience of construction and consulting organizations, real estate, and its current market conditions, demand, etc. is preferable.
∎ Documents and Excel files must be prepared for the company.
∎ He must be an extrovert in order to articulate our objective and vision to our clients' regard.
∎ Regularly contact with clients and do site visits.
∎ opportunity to acquire new customers and keep a positive relationship with existing customers (buyers and sellers).
∎ Make cold calls to new clients and conduct regular follow-ups outside of the office.
∎ Tend to client grievances and cultivate a rapport of trust with them.
∎ capable of collecting the most recent market data and merging it into an effective marketing strategy.
∎ Perform any further brand-building actions as directed by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years

Salary:
∎ 5,000/= (Each Month, Paid Internship)
Intership duration: 3 months (Minimum)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ can get a chance to become a regular employee after completing the internship successfully.
∎ will be given a certificate by Civic Planning and Development Ltd. if the internship goes well.
∎ The company will assist in every step (which is possible) to submit your internship report to your university.
