Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement effective field marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
∎ Visit targeted areas, schools, coaching centers, and communities to promote the school.
∎ Organize admission campaigns, seminars, and local education events.
∎ Develop and maintain professional relationships with parents, guardians, and local influencers.
∎ Track campaign performance and submit regular reports to management.
∎ Collaborate with the school’s admission and communication teams to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Fluency in English required.
∎ MS Excel or Google Sheets Expert.
∎ Must be persuasive and confident in face-to-face communication.
∎ Able to travel within Dhaka and nearby areas.
∎ 80% field work and 20% office work.
