Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel and guide prospective and existing guardians regarding the school's academic programs, admission process, and policies.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians by providing timely support and solutions.
Handle admission inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and assist in achieving enrollment targets.
Manage and respond to messages and queries through social media and digital communication channels.
Coordinate and organize school programs, guardian meetings, seminars, workshops, and special events.
Support the planning and execution of admission campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of guardian interactions, admission leads, and event participation.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Prepare regular reports related to admissions, guardian feedback, and assigned activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the school management
