Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in a reputed Private/Public University
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Studies (MBS), Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan market development, i.e. develop a plan that achieves company targets.
∎ Plan events, exhibition or promotion activities, and make budget to select a proper venue.
∎ Search supplier for promotional activities.
∎ Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact
∎ Provide support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
∎ Create potential trade related strategies to ensure partners are motivated and brand is visible.
∎ Create attainable sales target for the sales team.
∎ Develop motivating incentive packages for the sales team.
∎ Develop and maintain marketing strategies to improve awareness, market share and profitability.
∎ Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis
∎ Develop promotional material for distribution, as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
∎ Plan and administer the company's marketing budget and keep it within cost control.
∎ Develop plans for promotion and take necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience of 0-3 years working experience. Freshers / Newly-graduated students can also apply.
∎ Must have core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
∎ Strong background and technical knowledge in marketing
∎ Strong verbal and oral communication in English
∎ Strong leadership abilities, good communication and social skills, strong analytical skills and multitasking ability.
∎ Should have positive attitude to new challenges
∎ Should be able to meet deadlines at short notice.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
