Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent (Students of English Medium preferred with good English writing / speaking skills)
∎ Good in English writing / speaking skills (Mandatory requirement)
∎ Qualifications in communications, business strategy and/or project management.
∎ Strong intellectual skills, a track record of innovative thinking, analysis and practical activity.
∎ Management experience in a complex organization, experience of organizational changes
∎ Resilient and able to work under pressure and for long hours with no holidays with long-term 3 to 5 year goals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in planning, developing and implementing business strategies and marketing development.
∎ To manage Corporate Affairs, Admin duties which include payroll administration, recruitment, training, updates of employee personal files, preparation of HR letters and reports.
∎ Initiate and execute dynamic ideas to enhance employee communications
∎ Must have core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
∎ Must have the ability to conduct meetings with clients from all ranges on a regular basis (outdoor and indoor meetings included)
∎ Plan market development, i.e. develop a plan that achieves company targets.
∎ Search supplier for promotional activities.
∎ Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact
∎ Provide support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
∎ Create attainable sales target for the sales team.
∎ Develop and maintain marketing strategies to improve awareness, market share and profitability.
∎ Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis
∎ Develop promotional material for distribution, as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
∎ Plan and administer the company's marketing budget and keep it within cost control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ EXPERIENCE:
∎ 0-2 years practical relevant experience
∎ Good command on English language
∎ Strong verbal and oral communication skills
∎ Strong background and technical knowledge in marketing
∎ Strong leadership abilities, good communication and social skills, strong analytical skills and multitasking ability.
∎ Should be able to meet deadlines at short notice.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
∎ Age: 20-25
Salary:
∎ Attractive salary with admissible benefits will be offered to deserving candidates (Salary Range: BDT 40,000 to 50,000)
