∎ Bachelor's Degree in a reputed Private/Public University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
∎ Must have the ability to conduct meetings with clients from all ranges on a regular basis (outdoor and indoor meetings included)
∎ Plan market development, i.e. develop a plan that achieves company targets.
∎ Search supplier for promotional activities.
∎ Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact
∎ Provide support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
∎ Create attainable sales target for the sales team.
∎ Develop and maintain marketing strategies to improve awareness, market share and profitability.
∎ Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis
∎ Develop promotional material for distribution, as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
∎ Plan and administer the company's marketing budget and keep it within cost control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Working experience of 0-2 years working experience (Freshers / Newly-graduated students are preferred)
∎ Ability to work for long hours with no holidays with a long-term 3 to 5 years goal
∎ Strong background and technical knowledge in marketing
∎ Strong verbal and oral communication in English
∎ Strong leadership abilities, good communication and social skills, strong analytical skills and multitasking ability.
∎ Should be able to meet deadlines at short notice.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary:
∎ Attractive salary with admissible benefits will be offered to deserving candidates (Starting Salary - BDT 30,000 to 35,000)
