• Knowledge on business management and proposals, forecasting, planning, budgeting, industry linkage etc.

• Excellent computer skills in MS OfficeHave good writing and verbal communication skills both in English and Bengali

• Flexible in movement to seek for business development growth along with can do attitude

• Conduct market survey to identify potential learners for different occupation specific training courses for Youth Career and Development Hub (YCDH)

• Implement promotional and marketing activities at the field level to reinforce the learner collection process

• Collect admission fees from learners at Youth Career and Development Hub (YCDH)

• Ensure learner attendance along with their graduation and preventing learner dropout

• Develop daily, monthly and quarterly reports based on projects need
