Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for company’s skincare, haircare, bodycare, and spice products.

2. Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc) to increase engagement and sales.

3. Create attractive content for posts, ads, and promotions, including graphics, captions, and short videos.

4. Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and messages promptly to enhance customer experience.

5. Analyze marketing performance metrics and report insights for continuous improvement.

6. Assist in developing brand strategies and promotional ideas to increase brand awareness.

7. Coordinate with suppliers, designers, or other team members when necessary.

Job Context:

• The Marketing Associate will work closely with the brand owner to promote products to people aged 13–50.

• This role requires creativity, initiative, and familiarity with online marketing trends in Bangladesh.
