∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Beautification, Beauty Skincare knowledge, Customer service or Beauty Industry, Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Nutrition, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and Operate the marketing team to ensure their success in achieving goals
∎ Creating video contents
∎ Using social media to engage consumers and promote company initiatives
∎ Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the Lailatil brand
∎ Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
∎ Analyze and report on the performance of marketing efforts to inform future strategy and tactics
∎ Manage the brand's online reputation and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
∎ Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports to track progress.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills
∎ Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
∎ Experience in the skin care or beauty industry is a plus
