Job Context:
∎ We are seeking for a Marketing Associate who will be responsible for directly selling packaged deals
∎ to different schools and children associated institutions. This will be a very high paced, highly incentivised direct sales Fieldwork job. Marketing materials will be provided by the company; however marketing leads will have to be originated by the individual himself.
∎ Hours: 10 AM -7 PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire appointments with school management by direct calling/walk-ins/own network
∎ Selling of packaged deals for students to schools
∎ Daily visit to minimum 2 schools
∎ Daily reports via email/whatsapp to line manager including contacts visited
∎ Daily plug in of customer information to our database
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in door to door marketing at schools or children associated institutions (e.g.
∎ furniture sales to schools, stationary sales to schools etc)
∎ Basic Computer Skills including emails, reports, employee evaluation etc.
∎ Great Communication Skills in English and Bangla
∎ Minimum 2 years work experience in door to door marketing
∎ Always ready to come to work with a Smile
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Estimated Salary ~ 12k (Basic 12k + Incentive (% of sales))
