Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct primary and secondary research to identify local/international customer needs, competitor strategies, and pricing trends.
∎ Analyze sales data from distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms (Daraz, Amazon, Alibaba) to identify top-performing products and gaps.
∎ Track seasonal demand patterns to optimize inventory and promotional planning.
∎ Design multichannel campaigns (email, social media, TVC/OVC, trade shows) tailored for local and international audiences.
∎ Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad content (banners, videos, product listings).
∎ Implement A/B testing for campaigns to refine messaging and visuals.
∎ Manage and optimize product listings on Alibaba, Amazon, Daraz, and other B2B/B2C platforms.
∎ Monitor product rankings, reviews, and SEO to improve visibility and sales performance.
∎ Run targeted email campaigns (e.g., newsletters, abandoned cart emails) for lead nurturing.
∎ Work with the sales team to analyze distributor performance and identify underpenetrated regions.
∎ Recommend trade promotions or retailer incentives to boost offline sales. -
∎ Map customer journeys across online/offline touchpoints for seamless brand experiences.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on KPIs:
∎ Cost per acquisition (CPA), ROI by channel.
