∎ HSC for Market Promotion Officer (MPO).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve and ensure sales target for the company by Preparing sales budget;
∎ Credit recovery plan, Promotions plan, Building relationship with potential Customers and Dealers.
∎ Ensure Territory Sales Target and Evaluate Retailers & Dealers performance.
∎ Build strong Sales and Marketing network in the segment of Dealers, Retailers & End users.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management as per Company's policy.
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective.
∎ Develop Areas for Retailers/Dealers.
∎ Use the credit limit within company approved policy.
∎ Regular follow-up of sales order and payment.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
∎ Maintain the business communication with present customers, develop strong relationships Analyzing the target areas of the market for identifying scope for new business opportunities
∎ Providing regularly report on the visit outcomes and findings thereon to the Head of Sales Marketing.
∎ Prepare reports at the end of the day based on collecting, analyzing and summarizing information of the market
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing of any discipline for Market Promotion Officer
∎ Paper/ Tissue/ sales experience get preferred.
∎ Experienced candidate will be given preference.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
Salary: Negotiable
