Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC/Graduation from any university.

Job Context:
∎ Key Selling Points: To support our rapidly expanding lubricant business, the Company is looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic front-line sales forces to perform their best to achieve business target.
∎ BIOTECH BIOSCIENCE is Nutrition products Production and marketing company established in 2011.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Annual, Monthly & Weekly sales target through dealer/distributor of the territory.
∎ Ensuring sales & collection within the planned time frame.
∎ Prepare & submit sales reports on a daily basis.
∎ Work as per supervisor direction to increase secondary sales.
∎ Develop & maintain an effective value chain with all stakeholders (i.e. traders, vehicle owners, mechanics & individual users).
∎ Monitor inventory in all sales points to ensure product availability and repeat orders.
∎ Ensure availability of maximum SKU's at traders' outlets.
∎ Distribution of merchandising in all planed location to enhance brand awareness.
∎ Identify the strategic locations/places for branding (i.e. signage's, stickers, and banners) and give reports to supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 6 Months
∎ At least 1 years in sales Nutrition/pharma product marketing
∎ Must be ready to work under challenging environment.
∎ Proactive and positive working attitude.
∎ Have good communication, negotiation skill.
∎ Strong business sense and sales mindset.
∎ Must have a good skill on email corresponding to local and international.
∎ Maintain database on different information, reports, addresses, contact numbers, etc.
∎ Good writing and verbal communication in Bangla and English language.
∎ Traveling if necessary, around the country and work in a professional manner.
∎ Driving experience in Motorcycle/Cars is required.
∎ Sufficient knowledge in office management, files maintaining, and be able to provide administrative support to senior management.
∎ Good computer knowledge on Microsoft Office applications.
Salary:
∎ Start form 20,000/- it will be consider about exprience
