Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market Research: Undertake in-depth market studies to identify current trends, emerging opportunities, and potential challenges within the financial services sector.
∎ Customer Feedback: Establish robust systems to gather, analyze, and interpret real-time customer feedback. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations.
∎ Insight Development: Take a balanced approach to proactive and reactive strategies. Anticipate market and customer needs and swiftly respond to shifts driven by competition or internal product innovations.
∎ Data Analytics: Leverage advanced data analytics tools to provide rich insights and recommendations. Translate complex data into understandable and actionable strategies.
∎ Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and report on the strategies, product developments, and market activities of competitors.
∎ Strategy Formulation: Use gathered insights to inform product, marketing, and overall business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
∎ Product Development Contribution: Collaborate closely with product teams, ensuring customer feedback and market insights play a pivotal role in product development and refinement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Professional experience in market research, competitive intelligence, and data analysis.
∎ Experience in the telco or tech industries is a significant advantage.
∎ Demonstrable experience in generating proactive and reactive market insights and effectively transforming them into actionable strategies.
∎ Proven expertise in using data analytics tools and methodologies.
∎ A deep understanding of customer pain points and a track record of devising innovative solutions.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly and persuasively.
