Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will work in the market. The company may transfer you in any place in Bangladesh for the interest of the business and you will be responsible for market development activities.
∎ Your prime responsibility is to sell company's product through prescription and personal contact with Doctors, farms & dealers/Chemists.
∎ You are responsible to organize seminars & group discussions and displays company's poster, banners and other POS materials.
∎ Any other job the management may assign from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have a great sense of urgency
∎ Advanced verbal and written communication skills
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ An excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory in reading, writing and speaking.
∎ Sound knowledge in working with MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
∎ Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Maximizing Profitability.
