Educational Requirements:
∎ At least four (04) years Bachelor Degree/Masters in Agricultural Science or Masters in any discipline with minimum 8 years experience in livelihood sector and marketing.
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer Operating Skill, Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Report Writing, Ride Motorcycle with valid licence

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Aggregation Center, Business Development, IGA Promotion, Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business development facilitation and coordination
∎ Analyze IGA and value chain, contribute to effective project implementation
∎ Developing training Modules, tools and other IEC materials
∎ Capacity building of aggregation center management committee, local service provider, Input Retailers, Traders and other relevant market actors
∎ Communication, networking and linkages
∎ Monitoring, evaluation and documentation & preparing different report & presentation
∎ Develop strategies for IGA implementation, based on assessments of the local market
∎ Identify potential service providers, input/output market actors, project partners and develop strategies to capitalize on potential opportunities and address limitations/constraints
∎ Develop value chain strategies and Business plan
∎ Undertakes capacity building of stakeholders
∎ Assist PC for program implementation and Donor Missions
∎ Provide all kinds of related report to Project Coordinator
∎ Ability to prepare entrepreneurship development & household business plan
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/organization management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 8 years field experiences on IGA promotion, business development and Aggregation Center,
∎ Strong team management skill.
∎ Interested to frequent field visit.
∎ Experience on developing business plan and reviewing
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bangla
∎ Report writing
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per Project provision.
