∎ Measuring sales performance
∎ Understanding customer needs, preferences, and trends.
∎ Interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve targeted promotional activities.
∎ Plan and implement appropriate promotional activities with the guidance of Area Manager.
∎ Assist Area Manager to lead sales and marketing team towards GOAL by aligning company objective.
∎ Assist Area Manager to implement “Buy-Back Program”.
∎ Collect market intelligence using specific format, and collect industry information as per guidance of Area Manager.
∎ Assess product utilization and developments in target markets.
