∎ Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Marketing

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Program and research experience on CCA/DRR projects.
∎ At least 2/3 years of experience working with development organizations.
∎ Proven experience in value chain and market research.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and community mobilization skills.Experiences in working with the UN Organizations/ Governments/ International or National NGOs.
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
∎ Good in communication and writing both in Bangla and English.
∎ Responsive and good personnel skill.
∎ Pro-active and gender sensitive.
∎ Good in operating MS Office, internet, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Will conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative) to determine market requirements for existing and future products; and reach the product to the market from the communities/groups. Analysis of customer research and current market conditions.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Human Resource Policies & Procedures of NGO Forum for Public Health.

Employment Status: Contractual

Job Location: Khulna, Satkhira

Job Highlights:
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2025.
