∎ বাংলাদেশি খাবার তৈরীতে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
∎ রাান্নায় ব্যবহারকৃত সরঞ্জামাদি সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার ও রক্ষনাবেক্ষণ করতে হবে।
∎ অতি ব্যস্ততার মধ্যে শান্তভাবে এবং কার্যকরভাবে কাজ করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ সকলের সাথে বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ ও অতিথিপরায়ন আচরণ বজায় রাখা।
∎ সুন্দর ও পরিচ্ছন্নভাবে খাবার পরিবেশনের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
