Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze variations in work orders associated with material consumption, and inventory completions; searching for the causes and defining actions to reduce the impact on the cost of the operation.
∎ Collaborate with manufacturing teams by providing support and training necessary for the standardization of good transactional functioning of the MES and process procedures.
∎ Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Led the development, integration, implementation, and supervision of the correct use of textile manufacturing systems such as JDE, AS400, E1, Matrix, Setex-Orgatex, etc. In the different processes of the operation.
∎ Coordination before, during, and after the monthly inventory counts; managing with the teams the call, organization, and explanations of results and implementation of action plans in the indicators that are at risk.
∎ Define/implement inventory control metrics that serve as standards in textile plants to timely capture transactional errors that generate variations.
∎ Implementation of new tools and procedures that help the operation achieve the standards defined in the budget (Yarn Loss, Dye loss, Completions).
