Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should have work experience with reputed & large Group of companies as Head/Manager/Sr. Officer/Officer of Entire Fire Safety Management
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge on Building & Fire Safety Standards of Accord, Alliance, BNBC, NFPA & Fire Service Rules.
∎ Candidates should have Capability of Understanding, Designing & Implementing Fire Separation, Fire Detection & Fire Protection System / drawing according to the rules of BNBC and NFPA standard (As per Accord/Alliance requirements).
∎ Candidates should have through knowledge about the different components & equipment of various types of Fire Fighting & Fire Prevention system.
∎ Ensure solving of Accord/Alliance review problems.
∎ Contributing to the preparation of operating instructions as far as they relate to fire protection.
∎ Contributing to constructional, technical and organizational measures as far as they concern fire protection.
∎ Capable of doing Testing, Commissioning & Supervision work on Fire Detection & Fire Protection.
∎ Fire Detection & Fire Protection System regular maintenance work and report preparation for Accord/Alliance.
∎ Any other relevant responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Very good crisis management and problem solving skills
∎ Ex. Officials of Fire Service & Civil Defense in Fire Management Department are
∎ Highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Should be able to work independently and Contribute Management as the Expert of its Overall Fire Safety Management.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Candidates who have Successful Track Record in dealing with ACCORD /Alliance
∎ In the area of Fire Safety Approval will get priority.
