B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University.

Additional Requirements:
Knowledge and expertise in Machine shop operation, Metal fabrication, EHS management, Industrial production process, Computer aided drawing software, Metal properties and surface treatment.
Skills and ability to understand engineering drawing, English language proficiency, leadership, hardworking and positive attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, organize and drive a high technically skilled team to provide light engineering workshop service and products to all sister concern unit according to their necessity.
Organize resources (Manpower, Materials and Machine) to achieve yearly business target.
Adapt new technology and innovation by applying reverse engineering.
Make business plan, follow-up progress and take proactive measures to drive sales.
Develop new products and machines for sister concern production unit.
Lead the completion of new project work to make them operational within target time.
Develop new methods to make the production process more efficient and cost effective.
Propose and implement new ideas for modification, recycling waste materials to make them usable as raw materials in the production process.
Maintain health & safety, PPE and 100% compliance in all kinds of activities of the department.
Prepare production plan, daily & monthly production report, presentations and analysis for the management.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials for smooth operation of section, on-time delivery, zero defect, resolution of complaints and customer satisfaction.
