- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance and expertise to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the production and R&D teams to stay updated on product specifications, performance data, and industry trends.
- Conduct product training and technical seminars for customers, ensuring they are well-informed about the application and benefits of our products.
- Assist the sales team with technical presentations and demonstrations to support business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for the company’s cement products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, technical documents, and marketing strategies aimed at increasing product visibility.
