∎ We are looking for an experienced professional who will support our commitment to the construction of a diverse and mutually respectful community. The post holder will manage all aspects of the operations for the statutory Sexual Harassment, Exploitation, Bullying and Ragging Elimination Committee (SHEBREC). S/he needs to ensure an effective service responding to concerns and complaints about sexual harassment, bullying and ragging, and the sound, impartial, proportionate, fair and effective investigation and resolution of cases within university procedures. S/he will also lead investigations into reported incidents, provide support to affected individuals, and work closely with HR and other departments to prevent future incidents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five years of experience in a progressive role in a similar field is required. Previous experience and/or academic background in legal, para-legal, or gender issues will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experiences of the law and good practice in the handling of harassment, bullying and ragging cases. Sound judgmental skills and the ability to handle effective case investigations and produce high-quality written and data reports are essential.
