∎ Age at least 37 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure end-to-end sample development process, capacity planning and allocation of workload of team members
∎ Clearly understand the concept, ideas and comments of customers (both internal and external) to develop new products & make sure the samples are prepared at the right time to meet buyer’s expectation
∎ Check & ensure the availability of fabrics, thread, trims and accessories at the time of sample development
∎ Responsible for preparation of spec sheets, grading specs, and revised specifications for all sizes as per buyer requirements
∎ Ensure pattern, fabric and other preparations are as per the instruction of buyer
∎ Make adjustments such as pattern adjustment, alteration and grading as per instruction/comments
∎ Responsible for achieving highest efficiency by producing accurate marker with the help of CAD team
∎ Calculate and confirm accurate consumption of fabric, trims, thread, elastic, zipper etc. as well as ensure booking is done accordingly
∎ Coordinate with fabric and cutting section in order to identify fabric and marker issues such that fabric and other wastages can be minimized
∎ Handover the styles to merchandiser along with all the product details and technical information and communicates about development status with concern person
