B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• 8 to 10 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Working experience in Plastics Industries will get preference

• Selection and estimation of materials for MDB, SDB, Busbar, Cable, Tools etc according to project requirements                 

• Making all Design & Drawing for Machine layouts, Earthing, Cable laying, Lighting/Fans, Lightening Arrester etc                

• Ensure safety and PPE in all work areas by allocating responsibilities to each team member                          

• Schedule & oversee Preventive Maintenance of all machineries for longest service life                  

• Optimizing selection of Machineries depending on functional & performance requirements                      

• Focusing on minimizing breakdowns and improve Productive Time resulting is highest machine Utilization                     

• Ensuring correct handling of machines by training the actual users for best productivity                     

• Maintaining good communication with other departments for quick service resulting in highest utilization of machines              

• Monitoring activities and train the team for safe working practices                         

• Developing and Maintaining Good network of contacts to facilitate emergency response (vendors & suppliers)             

• Upkeeping all machines and equipment in good working condition so that capacity utilization is achievable.                 

• Monitor & Report to Management about Daily /Preventive/ Running/Breakdown Maintenance Activities.                      

• Coordinate with HO Purchase for spares, repairs and consumable requirements timely                     

• Maintaining Critical Spare part's & Consumable's optimum safety stock inventory                             

• Contributing for new Ideas/Continual Improvements /Kaizen and Automation Projects
