Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering or BSc in textile Engineering or similar any reputed university,
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and make a Plan of LAB requirement and take necessary steps according to priority.
∎ Communicate with concern merchandiser & another team according to requirement.
∎ Have good skill for operating data color,
∎ Need correct lab Submission, & Follow up for approval
∎ Follow up Dyeing RFT & keep it more than 70 %
∎ Selecting and setting up the required lab equipment for test, experiments, and analysis.
∎ Perform & review extraction step of selected test method in accordance with SOP/Standard.
∎ Review the prepared recipe and provides instruction to your team members sample specimen & internal worksheet information.
∎ Update the extraction step information in internal worksheet as well as prepare vial according to component list & selected methods.
∎ Deliver the prepared vial & internal work sheet in instrument area.
∎ Run & entry the prepared vial in GCMS/LCMS instrument.
∎ Daily calibration of extraction's equipment, QC checks etc.
∎ Maintain the quality procedures, PPE and safety check points etc. as per the requirement.
∎ Follow up of the day-to-day improvements as Instructed from Team leader.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Senior Management.
∎ Have knowledge, about testing lab like, shrinkage test, rubbing test, color fastness to wash, color fastness to water, pilling test, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Technical knowledge and experience in the related field.
∎ Able to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously.
∎ Able to learn technology quickly.
∎ Supportive for any software/ related to physical test equipment.
∎ Knowledge of computer science & statistics is a plus
