Additional Requirements: Must have experience in Hospital Management.
Experience in HR management, recruitment and administration.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications, presentation, interpersonal and project management skills.
Should be very good in verbal and written communication in English.
Should have excellent skills in Microsoft excel, Power point & HR Software.
Have positive mentality to adapt in any environment.
The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously through prioritizing them efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context: Kingston Hospital is looking for some self-motivated, competent and dynamic personnel in the following position.
- Perform recruitment & selection process that includes job advertisement, CV screening, schedule job interviews, contact candidates as needed, exam process, face to face interviews, and conduct employee on boarding process.
- Maintain HR related files, Proper documentation and file management. Maintain employee personal file & drafting all kinds of HR related letters like appointment letter, increment letter, promotion letter, show cause letter, warning letter, office order, office notice etc.
- Maintain official meeting minutes & meeting agenda.
- Ensure the hospital is compliant with healthcare regulations & laws.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations like billing, procurement, marketing, patient service etc.
- Supervise the maintenance & upkeep of hospital facilities including house keeping, security, IT & software related issues.
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties like coordinating office supplies, managing schedules and organizing meetings and events.
- Implement a training and development process to ensure that appropriate development needs are met on a timely and cost-effective basis.
- Liaison with all Govt. Agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
- Conduct payroll activities, increment process, skill review, incentive, bonus, confirmation, promotion and full & final settlement (F&FS) of employees.
- Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is important to ensure the organization operates within legal boundaries.
- To manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
- To implement HR policies, procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor hospital policies and ensure they are being implemented correctly.
- To manage and follow up the waste management in the hospital.
- To ensure workplace safety and security protocols are in place and followed;·
- To promote employee engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities.
- To keep JD record of each management employee and ensure it is being preserved accordingly;·
- Assist department head in various tasks and projects as needed.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
