Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide positive motivation and direct/lead the efforts of the shift to meet or exceed production goals
∎ Responsible for training and ongoing development of supervisors, leaders, operators and crew members
∎ Evaluate and recommend new equipment, and process and maintenance technologies
∎ Maintain knowledge of the existing manufacturing systems including the computer systems, steel making processes, material flow and handling schemes, quality systems, and process control techniques
∎ Ensure smooth execution of overall finishing of apparels as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target.
∎ Make finishing production plans on regular basis.
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing staffs to do multiple processes to complete the finishing.
∎ Coordinate with sewing and procurement departments/store to ensure the smooth supply of sewn garments and also to make sure that related trims & accessories are arranged well in advance.
∎ Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of finished garments.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity of finishing staffs in accordance with the IE requirement.
∎ Keep constant Liaison with Sewing, Merchandising, Quality control department to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.

∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Capable to handle the most critical styles with zero tolerance.
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally accepted Quality Standard.
∎ A very good aptitude to educate and handle finishing staffs in doing multiple operations.
∎ Should have clear idea about planning, rejection control, maintaining of AQL and understanding of GSD.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge on finishing layout, process management and maintaining of production schedule to accomplish the job target and shipment schedule.
∎ Ability to understand the importance of on-time delivery.
∎ Excellent communication skills. A fair command over English is essential and ability to mix up in a cosmopolitan environment is a must.
∎ Capability to work with Internet & E-mail.
