• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians.

• Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor team performance.

• Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.

• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Ensure projects meet technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications.

• Collaborate with other departments to integrate electrical systems into overall project plans.

• Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with standards.

• Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to maintain continuous production operations.

• Monitor and optimize energy consumption within the facility.

• Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.

• Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems, lighting, sewing machines, generators, boileres, compressors, air conditioners and other electrical infrastructure.

• Liaise with production managers, maintenance teams, and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.

• Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders as needed.       

• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.       

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical systems.
