∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Lingerie, and knit Garments.
∎ • 3 years (or Above) experience in a similar position.
∎ • Must have experience in Knitted garments. Specially Undergarments.
∎ • Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
∎ • Good communication skills in both English and Bengali (oral and written)·
∎ • Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within the stipulated timeframe.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context:
∎ Oversee and manage lingerie production processes to ensure high-quality output and efficiency. Lead and mentor production teams, implementing best practices and continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality control departments to streamline production, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Maintain inventory levels and manage resources effectively to meet production targets. Utilize production management software to track performance metrics and drive operational excellence. Requires extensive experience in lingerie or intimate apparel production, strong leadership skills, and a focus on innovation and cost efficiency.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To run the specific sewing lines as per company policy & buyer's SOP.
∎ • To ensure optimum utilization of resources (Manpower, machinery, RMs, Time, Space, etc).
∎ • To monitor and ensure availability of fabrics, trims & accessories before starting production and coordinate with store & merchandising department, etc as required.
∎ • Ensure production, quality, and efficiency, achieve the target as determined by Management.
∎ • To Coordinate with cutting & the Quality department to ensure smooth operation.
∎ • To make sure that all the pre-production (pp) meetings are conducted in such a way that production can start on time.
∎ • To ensure Line feeding as per line plan.
∎ • To ensure the required WIP & achieve the target, Monitor up to shipment.
∎ • To ensure quality & efficiency as per management instruction & standard practice.
∎ • To ensure proper housekeeping, discipline & sharp tools management.
∎ • To Prepare and maintain production-related all kinds of reports as per company policy and buyer's requirements.
∎ • Control OT & avoid working hour violations.
∎ • Resolve bottleneck immediately & increase productivity & efficiency.
∎ • To ensure that the necessary compliance issues are maintained on the production floor on a regular basis.
